Mother Transformed Pain and Emotional Challenges into hope.

​The Problem

​

A 40-year-old mother, x- acrobatic performer, working part-time in Yoga and managing the demands of three children faced persistent 24-7 pain and aggravated by grief.

 

She experienced chronic discomfort in her upper and lower torso, primarily on the right side, for over 25 years.

​

The problem was that she accepted pain as part of her life and she numbed it for decades that she felt there was no choice.  Can you imagine not knowing?

RESULTS

This is an update on her situation as of jan 6th 25:  She no longer has pain and she feels she made progress to connect with body and emotions which helped her tremendously.

2 weeks ago: her pain dropped more than 90 pc in upper torso

in general her pain dropped 5 to 3

and her 3 major emotional triggers are gone!

​ROOT CAUSES:

Much of the pain stemmed from her pre-teen years as an acrobatic performer. The burdens were huge about family and father death but her pains were there before but she managed to numb it?

PREVIOUS ATTEMPTS:

She had tried various therapies, which only provided temporary relief, leaving her doubtful that a pain-free life was possible—though she secretly longed for it​

Struggled with emotional triggers and habitual coping mechanisms, including anger and rage.

Initial Goals

Her primary goal was to eliminate anger and regain emotional balance. With commitment and patience, not only was this achieved, but she also experienced significant emotional and physical breakthroughs of relief. Over time, she began to believe that lasting change was possible, and her progress was incremental and with more ease.

​Solution and Process

Each individual’s mind-body history and beliefs require a personalized approach. Her therapy combined:
